2nd Centralized Placement Fair for Pharmacy
12th & 13th July, Saturday & Sunday
We are pleased to inform you after great success of "1st Centralized Placement Fair of
Pharmacy" on 27th April 2014, Sunday under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Dr.
Akshai Aggarwal Sir, Vice Chancellor of Gujarat Technological University, GTU-ITAP Cell
and Faculty of Pharmacy jointly going to organize 2nd Centralized Placement Fair for
Pharmacy on 12th & 13th July, Saturday and Sunday at GTU, Chandkheda campus,
Ahmedabad.
Who can participate?
Any student studying with GTU affiliated Pharmacy College in any of below mentioned
course:
1. Diploma in Pharmacy
2. Bachelor of Pharmacy
3. Master of Pharmacy
Objectives
This placement fair is organized with an objective to provide platform to the Pharmacy
students of 2014 batch. During this event, screening and selection of pharmacy students for
various job openings in different pharmaceutical companies of Gujarat will be done.

How to Register
D.Pharm/B.Pharm/ M.Pharm students have to register online using below mentioned link
on or before 9th July 2014, Wednesday till 11:00 AM.

Note:
1) All companies are divided in 3 group namely Group A, B and C.
2) Students can select any one company (any one particular job profile) from each
group. That means each student will get maximum three (03) choices for the
company in the registration form.
3) See the list of all companies mentioned under Group A, B and C along with their job
profile and then do appropriate selection.
What students have to bring on the day of Placement Fair?

Updated C.V- five to six hard copies.
Passport size photograph- five copies.
All testimonials: original & five to six set photocopy of the same.
Identity card issued by the institute or bonafide certificate with photograph issued
by the institute.
General Notes
1. It is advisable that students should come in professional dress on the day of
Placement Fair.
2. Few companies may take their screening test on the day of interview, so students
have to be ready for the same. Such exams may include questions of GK, logic,
reasoning, aptitude and technical knowledge pertaining to respective course. In this
case, students who will qualify in this test will be allowed to appear in personal
interview of such companies.
3. It is the sole description of participating company to conduct interview as per their
HR Policy.
4. If student get selected/short listed by any company, then it will be the sole
responsibility of student to discuss financial component and other terms &

of any recruiting Company.
5. GTU will try to give chance of interview to all candidates as per their preference and
as per their merits (CPI). But it will be the sole discrimination of GTU authority to do
alteration in the same (if required).
