Subject: To observe Public Holidays as per General Administrative Department,
Government of Gujarat’s Notification.
It has come to our notice that certain GTU Affiliated Colleges are not observing Public
Holidays as per the GAD’s Notification No. GS/2013-19-PHD/102013/180/GH, dated 21/10/2013,
related to Public Holidays for the Year 2014. In this regard, GTU has also notified Public Holidays at
our website for all the Affiliated Colleges. Therefore, you are informed to strictly follow the Public
Holidays listed in the above said GAD, Government of Gujarat’s Notification.
