CIRCULAR
M. Pharm (Sem IV) Extended Phase Exam
As per the directives of Academic Council of GTU, below mentioned category of students will
be eligible to appear during M. Pharm (Sem IV) extended phase exam scheduled on 28th August
2014, Thursday.
1. M. Pharm (Sem IV) students got extension by the college (Annexure 1)
2. M. Pharm (Sem IV) students who got one month extension by the reviewer during 1st
phase (Annexure 2)
3. M. Pharm (Sem IV) students who have to appear first time in Regular mid sem OR
Regular final dissertation after clearing remedial ITD/remedial mid sem respectively
during 1st Phase (Annexure 3)
Below mentioned category of students will not be eligible during M. Pharm (Sem IV) extended
phase:
1. Students who have to appear in remedial ITD/ Remedial mid sem/ Remedial final
dissertation exam.
2. Students got extension of six (06) months/ project completed rejected during 1st phase.
Note:
1. Kindly gun the exam forms of only eligible students on or before 25th August 2014,
Monday.
2. If there is any query then send e-mail on [email protected]
3. For eligible students, exam will be on 28th August, 2014, Thursday
4. For not eligible students, exam will be conducted during Nov-Dec 2014
