Review Guidelines for Final Dissertation of M. Pharm (Phase-II)
28th August 2014 (Thursday)
Guidelines:
1)
All students should remain present at respective venue b y 09:00 am. In order
to start the exam on time, it is mandatory to load student PowerPoint
presentation at respective venue by 9:45 am.
2)
Students review comments (Old Review Cards) must be submitted to Expert Panel
at the beginning of review.
Students should present:
a) Hall Tickets issued by the University
b) Concise Literature Review
c) Justification for their topic
d) Objective and rationale
e) Work done; Results; conclusions of any
f) Student must carry review cards of ITD winter 13 exam and mid review
exam 2014 and Final Dissertation Phase I (If applicable) with comment of the
experts
g) Compliance to comments
Instructions:
Presentation duration per student: 20 min + 10 min Interaction.
Students are required to bring presentation preferably on CD rather than pen drive.
Student should carry 3 Hard copy of the thesis. (For endorsement by examiners and
all
03 copies will be returned to students in the evening)
Review Exam will start sharp at 10:00 am

Please note:
1) Experts, Supervisors, Co-Supervisor and students will be offered free lunch coupons
by the University at their respective halls.
2) Only supervisor/guide, whose name is registered in GTU database can claim for TA
and Honorarium.
3) Co-supervisor/co-guide/alternative faculty authorized by institute can able to remain
present during their respective student’s presentation but they cannot claim TA and
honorarium.
4) Review of regular Mid Sem students will be done along with Final Dissertations
(Phase II).
5) Hall wise planning for students going to appear in Final Dissertation Exam and
Regular Mid Sem Exam is uploaded herewith as an Annexure.
