The Directors / Principals / Coordinators
All Degree & Diploma Colleges Pharmacy / Engineering / MBA / MCA
As the new semester had commenced from 1st July 2013, all institutes are hereby informed not to
issue NOC for transferring students from respective college to other college.
If any such cases are found, than it will be sole responsibility of college and it will attract penalty
for the same.
This circular is issued as per the directives of the authority.
