(1) Student has to present at transferred institute, then principal will send the present report at
the Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad immediately.
(2) The Principal has to send an application to change the enrolment number of transferred
student within 15 days along with the prescribed form and fees.
In the event of not fulfilled any of above mentioned condition, the said transfer is deemed
to be cancelled.
This order is issued with the Permission of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor

(2) The principal of the institute, where student is transferred
(3) Exam Department, G.T.U. for necessary action.
