It is hereby informed to all concerned that the syllabus of diploma engineering
courses of various branches is different therefore it is not possible to transfer
the diploma students from one branch to other branch. All the colleges are
hereby advice to not issue the No Objection Certificate for branch transfer in
Diploma College.
