1. Last date of Entry for Youth Festival is 15
September 2012 before 5:00 p m. Entry must be sent from
official E- mail ID of the college given by GTU.
The subject of E- mail must be “Entry of Youth Festival 2012 – College Name – College Code”
e.g “Entry of Youth Festival 2012 – L D College of Engineering – 028”
2. Annexure II, Annexure III & Annexure IV shall be sent to the email address of respective zonal organizing secretary of
youth festival as well as one copy to [email protected]
3. Annexure II, Annexure III & Annexure IV shall be typed & duly signed by the Officer In-charge of Cultural activities &
Principal of the institute in duplicate to be produced at the time of the Youth Festival.
4. TA DA of participants/manager will be borne by the participating institute.
5. KARAOKE & Synthesizer will not be permitted in any Indian music competition.
6. Gujarati, Hindi & English language is allowed for all events except quiz competition.
7. Cassette will be allowed for Dance competition at Zonal level. Cassette will not be allowed for Dance competition
at Inter Zonal level.
8. Participating institute has to send filled entry form in soft copy to Organizing Secretary
9. Following documents are compulsorily required at the time of Youth Festival as per AIU rules
 I-card of the participants
 Latest fee receipt (Photocopy)
 12th Marksheet / Diploma marksheet (Photocopy)
 School leaving certificate (Photocopy)
 Marksheet of last exam passed (Photocopy)
