Instruction for the change in Dissertation title/guide names of M. Pharm Sem IV

All the M. Pharm institutes are hereby informed to update the thesis title and guide names of M.
Pharm Sem IV students on GTU Admin Portal on or before 23 rd January 2014.
Note:

If there is no change in the title or the name of guide than don’t add the same title in
revised column.

If there is a change in Guide name than add in new name in New Guide name column.

If a student require to change the title or guide than the reason has to specify in the
remark column and the same has to submitted to University (Hard Copy) with the
approval of their respective guide, college principal and research committee in College
Authority Letter.

The format of request letter is prescribe below, print the same in College Authority Letter
and send the same to Gujarat Technological University, Chandkheda Campus by post.
