Sub.: Senior faculty members for Winter Exam – 2011.
As per the directives, you are informed to sent only permanent senior faculty members
of your institutes for observer/squad duty with reference to Winter Exam – 2011.
It is also requested to instruct faculty members to report to concern zonal office for
observer/squad duty as per the orders of GTU in time.
It has been observed that faculty members are deliberately reporting late at the Zonal
officer to avoid exam duty. All faculty members are inform to obey the University
order positively.
