Subject: Challan of Examination/Enrolment Fee for Winter_2012.
All institute affiliated to GTU are here by informed that colleges are supposed to
enter challan details of Examination and Enrolment fee of Winter 2012 in Admin
Panel, then after college need to submit scan copy of Challan through Cinward/E-inward system.
It has been observed that some of the institute had not followed above procedure.
It is informed to all the colleges to verify the detail of Challan Entry in Admin
panel and E-inward/C-inward if the institutes had not filled above entry then
they are instructed to fill the entry in admin panel and C-inward/E-inward on or
before 1:00 P.M., 28-02-2013.
The university may impose appropriate Penalty against such institute who fails to
comply above financial procedure.
