Why should my nursing home join?
Nursing Homes participating in the NNHQCC will receive:

Free educational opportunities, webinars, in-person sessions, conference calls, etc., including
practical assistance from qualified staff and faculty who have expertise in nursing home quality
improvement and clinical topics. Participation will help you:
o Succeed in efforts you are already doing ( PIPPs, QIIPs, improvement in 5 Star rating and
composite score, and other improvement topics your home has chosen)
o Improve systems of care that lead to better quality outcomes for your nursing home residents
and greater resident and family satisfaction
o Create and sustain a culture that supports Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement
(QAPI) implementation

Free access to the latest evidence-based and best practices, including resources to support overall
nursing home quality

Free opportunities to come together in collaborative educational sessions for learning, sharing, and
networking with your peers

Free quarterly data reports to help you track your progress in the composite score and the 13 quality
measures and compare your home with others in the state, region, and nation (see other side for
examples)
o These reports will be your only access to your composite score and comparative data
