OF SUPPLEMENTAL EXHIBIT TO STATEMENT OF PRANAB SHAH
(June 24, 2008)
Among the materials filed by the Postal Service on June 23, 2008, in response to Order
No. 74, was a sworn statement by Pranab M. Shah. Mr. Shah discusses the Postal
Service’s International Money Transfer Services. The Postal Service hoped to have a
letter from the Mexican postal administration to file as another exhibit with that
statement, but the letter was not received in time to meet the filing deadline. The letter
has since become available, and a copy is attached to this notice. The Postal Service
intends for the letter to be treated as a supplemental exhibit to Mr. Shah’s statement.
