Notice inviting Tender/s for 4th convocation . 2015
On
22nd January, 2015, Gujarat Technological University (GTU) is
organizing its Convocation Programme. University intends to award following
works to the appropriate bidde/s.
1. Catering Service Contract
2. Designing and Printing lnvitation Cards, Convocation Booklet, Annual
Report and other items.
lnterested parties for any of the above work may visit our University website
:. www.gtu.ac.in for further details. The blank tender document/i may be
downloaded by the parties_p_ossesging necessary experience and having
financial soundness, from 17 Dec. , 2014, The tende/s duly filled in must b5
submitted to the stores department of GTU on or before gO Dec. ,2014 by 3
p.m.. along with tender document fee, earnest money deposit and-all
requisite documents. The tenders will be opened in presence bt the bidders
!y tt .^committee appointed by the competent authority in the given order.
The GTU reserve the right to accept/reject any or-all tendbrs without
assigning any reason thereof,
