Instructions and Conditions:

(2) If the work will not be completed due to cause of agency within time limit then penalty of Rs.1000
per day shall be levied.
(3) The registrar of GTU does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender or to give any reasons
for the decision. He is having the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without giving
reasons.
(4) The notice of tender and terms and conditions shall form the part of the contract of document
(5) The contractor/agency will have to entered into agreement on stamp paper whose offer is accepted
(6) 1% of bill amount will be recover for labour cess over and above TDS.
(7) Rates to be quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes.
(8) Warranty/defect liability period: 50% S.D. will be released within 10 days after completion of work.
Remaining 50% shall be refunded after the expiry of 6 months after completion.
(9) Copy of all the original bills of cement purchase shall be handed over to office and delivery challans
shall also be produced.
(10) Offer will remain valid for twenty days.
