Kindly inform you to collect the grade cards of M.C.A Sem- 1 to 6 of Winter 2013 and grade cards of
MCA sem 6 Summer 2014 Examination from GTU between 22/08/2014 to 05/09/2014 during office
hours . You have to follow the time period to collect grade cards. Kindly bring the authorization letter
with the institute personnel with his/her id proof for collection of mark sheets from following venue:
Room no:-A-012/013, Gujarat Technological University Administrative Building, In the campus of
Vishwakarma Government Engineering College and IIT-Gandhinagar, Chandkheda, Nr. Visat Petrol
Pump, Ahmedabad-382424.
You are informed to instruct concern students to collect grade card from the institute accordingly.
