Sub: Collecting Grade Cards of Master of Engineering Sem- 3 and 4 of Winter 2014.
It is to inform you that kindly collect the grade card & college register of M.E Sem- 3 and 4 of
Winter 2014 exam from GTU between 01/04/2015 to 10/04/2015 during office hours(10:30 AM
To 06:10 PM). Kindly bring the authorization letter with the institute personnel with his/her id
proof for collection of mark sheets from following venue:-A-014/015, Gujarat Technological
University Administrative Building, In the campus of Vishwakarma Government Engineering
College and IIT-Gandhinagar, Chandkheda, Nr. Visat Petrol Pump, Ahmedabad-382424.
You are instructed to inform concern students to collect grade card from the institute accordingly.
Don’t send students directly to the University for Grade card collection.
