1. Allstudentsshouldremainpresentatrespectivevenueby08:30am.Inordertostarttheexamontime,itis
mandatorytoloadstudentPowerPointpresentationatrespectivehallby 8:45am and poster
presentation in central hall by 9:00 am.
2. Student have to submitITD reviewcomments(ReviewCards of Winter 2014)to
ExpertPanelatthebeginningofreview.
3. ItismandatoryforallstudentsofPhDBatch (2011, 2012 &
2013)andM.Pharm(semesterIV)toremainpresentin afternoonworkshopintheir
respectivedisciplineatthevenue.Onlythosestudentswhowill remainpresentinthe
workshop,willbeallottedReviewcardsattheendofworkshopafterverificationofI‐cardsinrespectivesubject
workshophall.
4. Students(PhDandM.Pharm)shouldpresent:
Concise Literature Review
Justification for their topic
Objective and rationale
Work Plan (for PhD candidate)
Work done; Results; conclusions if any
M. Pharm student must carry ITD review card (Winter 2014 exam)
Compliance to comments (M. Pharm students)
Previous Years Comment Sheet and compliance thereof (if any with suggestions of experts) (for PhD
Candidate)
Progress in the Thesis (for PhD candidate)
Only M. Pharm students have to prepare poster presentation (As per Guideline attached as Annexure 1)

Poster presentation of all students in Conference
hall and review by the experts
Expert Workshop

Each day branch wise one workshop will be
arrangedReview cards will be allotted to students

2) Only supervisor/guide, whose name is registered in GTU database can claim for TA and
Honorarium.
3) Co-supervisor/co-guide/alternative faculty authorized by institute can able to remain present during
their respective student’s presentation but they cannot claim TA and honorarium.
