LIC Inspection
All the Director/Principal of GTU affiliated Degree Pharmacy college/institutes (UG & PG both)
applied for starting new courses & increase in intake are here by informed that Local Inspection
team may visit their institute during 5th May to 9th May, 2013.
The report should be filled online in prescribed online format available on GTU website for the
inspection. Username and Password has been sent on Convener/Chairman of LIC team’s mobile
on before the visit of institute.

 College / institute has to enter their GTU mail Id as username and password. Password will
sent on the GTU mail Id by GTU before inspection. Enter respective mail Id.
Exmp.(dec/bec/mba/mca/bph/mph***[email protected])where *** indicates respective
college code.
Progress reports of all academic activities are to be maintained at the institute level eg.
Continuous Evaluation of Term work/Assignment/Lab Practices/ Present records/ Lab manual/
Experimental Set up and instruments, lesson plan etc.
Instruct to all the students to keep their laboratory practice books/files with them during each
laboratory session.
This is inspection/review of the GTU, so welcome the team since it will be providing academic
feedback not only to the university but also to you.
