This is informed to all the Principal/Head of Department affiliated with GTU
that appoint the full time faculties as per AICTE/GTU norms for respective
course.
Institute has to check & verify all the documents properly of all candidates at
the time of recruitment. Principal/Management Trustee is only responsible if
the documents are not verified properly of recruited staff. Qualification of
Visiting/Ad-hoc faculties also must be as per AICTE/GTU norms.

It is the responsibility of the Principal/Head of Department to update the
institute’s website on regular basis.

The faculties who have not given endorsement by GTU are not considered as
regular/full time faculties.

Ad-hoc, Pro-term, Visiting faculties will not consider as full time/regular
faculties.

If the qualification of any faculty (Regulat/Visiting/Ad-hoc) found not as per
AICTE/GTU norms then the Principal/Management Trustee will be heavily
penalize up to de-affiliation of that institute.
