Above fees are applicable irrespective of number of division(s)/ Course(s) applied for
increase in intake and courses / closure of course and Programme/ Reduction in intake/
Change of Name and Site.

If the fees is increased on finalization of UGC regulation, then the difference to be paid to
GTU by the affiliated institutes / New institutes and if the fees is decreased by UGC then
surplus amount will be compensated by GTU in next year affiliation process.

UGC fees charge * as per UGC regulation as applicable from time to time.
-
Submission of an application for Extension of Approval on or before the last date as
mention in the schedule is mandatory.
