Circular for Affiliation 2014 - 15
 All GTU affiliated colleges have apply to AICTE for approval process (academic year 2014-
15) within time period.
 All institutes have to submit Part 1, Part 2 & deficiency report for all existing institutes
within time limit for affiliation 2014-15.
 New institutes have to submit application details, deficiency report & all supportive
documents if not submitted earlier at GTU within time limit for affiliation 2014-15.
 GTU fees structure remain same for all SFI colleges as per the fees structure circular for
academic year 2013-14 for affiliation process.
 GTU will return the excess amount to respective SFI college’s bank account after
adjustment of fees.
 All GTU affiliated colleges have to apply for those courses only which are approved by GTU.

 GTU will not give an approval for any part time programme to any institute as per the
decision taken by the Academic Council of GTU.
