PUBLIC NOTICE FOR AFFILIATION PROCESS 2015-16
In accordance with the provision no. 26, 27 and other related provision of Gujarat Act no-20/2007, Gujarat Technological
University invites affiliation application for the academic year 2015-16 from colleges/institutions/affiliated for 2014-15 or from
proposed New colleges/institutes. The application form, procedure of application, fees structure of affiliation and other
related approval are available on GTU website http://www.gtu.ac.in/affiliation.asp For Login : http://affiliation.gtu.ac.in
a) Extension of Affiliation.
b) Setting up new technical institute/campus
c) Increase in intake in existing courses only for valid NBA
accredited Courses.
a) Adding New courses in existing institutions having valid
NBA accredited courses.
e) Closure of programme/course/Institution.
f) Change of name/address.
g) Start 2nd shift programmes only for valid NBA
accredited courses.
h) Adding dual degree courses.
i) Adding Integrated courses.
j) Reduction in intake
 Last date of receiving application is : 19/02/2015.
 Online Application must be submitted with all necessary documents and applicable affiliation fees in the form of epayment link available on GTU website link:- https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/institutiontypedisplay.htm GTU
will not entertain application received after the last date of submission in any case.

N.B. : 1. Before submission of application, kindly read AICTE Process handbook 2015-16, Regulation of AICTE-2012 and GTU
Instruction thoroughly.
2. If any institute/ campus is submitting an application for a new programme, the syllabus for which has not yet
been designed by GTU, it must seek a clear NOC from GTU before applying to GTU.
3.B.E. & M.E institute at the time of application should follow the branch list instruction notification dated 02/01/2014
