Explanation of Punishment
Level 1
Declare the Examinee as “Fail” in respective Subject of the current semester summer/winter examination
A to K
conducted by the authority.
Level 2
Cancellation of result of all the subjects of the current semester examination conducted by the authority.
A to E
Level 3
Cancellation of result of all the subjects of the current semester examination and debarred to appear in all
A to N
the subjects of next summer/winter all examinations to be conducted by the authority.
Level 4
Cancellation of result of all the subjects of the current semester examination and debarred to appear from
A to D
next three summer/winter all examinations to be conducted by the authority.
Level 5
Cancellation of result of all the subjects of the current semester examination and debarred to appear from
A to C
next four summer/winter all examinations to be conducted by the authority.
Level 6
Cancellation of result of all the subjects of the current semester examination and debarred to appear from
A and B
next five summer/winter all examinations to be conducted by the authority.
Deferred submission of thesis/dissertation/ project work for a period of 3 years in case of ME /M.Pharm/
Level 6
MBA/ MCA and for a period of 5 years in case of PhD for resubmission. The resubmission of the
C
thesis/project work/dissertation shall be with new topic with fresh work.
