NOTICE:
Written test /Elimination test for the recruitment of the various Non Teaching positions
in response to Advt No. : 03/2012 dated 03/10/2012

The Written test/Elimination test of the eligible candidates for the following is schedule to be held
on 06-01-2013 on Sunday as per the following schedule.

The University is in the process of informing candidates through SMS, Email and also by speed post.
All eligible candidates whose names are displayed on the University website www.gtu.ac.in are
informed to appear for written test if they do not receive a call letter or any intimation by any
means.
The Test paper - 1 & 3 would consist of multiple choice questions based on following subjects:Ø

Basic Computer Knowledge
The Test paper - 2 would consist of multiple choice questions based on following subjects:Ø

The test would be based on OMR sheets.
Other Important Instructions:1. Eligible candidates are informed to remain present at exam centre before 30 minutes of
commencement of the test.
2. The written test is meant for short listing purpose only. Final selection would be based on
Bio data profile and performance of the candidate in the skill tests and/or Practical Test and
/or interview.
3. Electronic gadgets including mobile phones, i-pad, calculator etc. which leads to unfair
means are not allowed at the examination hall.
4. Entry to exam hall is strictly based upon the hall ticket which is to be downloaded from GTU
website : www.gtu.ac.in
5. Candidate must carry any valid original photo identity proof such as driving license, PAN card
etc along with a photocopy of the same while appearing for the test.
6. Black or blue ball point pen is to be used for answering in OMR sheets.
