Important Instruction for the shortlisted candidates of Director and Dy. Director personal
interview date: 28/02/2013.
In continuation to Advt. No.03/2012 and the Circular No.GTU/Esta/2013 dated: 15/02/2013
all the shortlisted candidates for the posts of Director and Dy. Director are hereby informed
to follow the following instructions:
1. Every candidate for the post of Director and Dy. Director will have to make a
presentation of about 20 minutes during his/her personal interview for the said post
before the selection committee .
2. The University will provide the facilities of presentation. The candidate will have to
prepare and bring their set of slides prepared in power point in a pen-drive.
3. The candidate may prepare the presentation on any topic of interest to the
University.
4. The candidate will be making a presentation as if he/she is an officer of the
University and as if he/she is making a presentation to some stake holders of the
University.
5. The candidate may choose any group of stake holders while preparing the
presentation.
6. The candidate should prepare a presentation by him/her self and it must represent
his/her own ideas.
