Written test for the recruitment for the various Non-teaching positions at GTU.

The list of candidates (post wise) is displayed on the University website (www.gtu.ac.in). The
OMR based written test/elimination test of the e candidates for the below mentioned posts will
be held on 08-06-2014 (Sunday) as per the following schedule.

For Deputy Registrar Post, the OMR based multiple choice questions as well as subjective
question (regarding draft making/report writing etc.) test shall be conducted based upon the
above topics. The subjective question shall be written by candidates on the blank side of the
OMR Sheet.
The University is in the process of informing candidates through SMS, Email and also by Speed
post. All candidates whose names are displayed on the University website are informed to
appear for OMR based written test even if they do not receive a call letter or any intimation by
any means.
Other Important Instructions:1. Eligible candidates are informed to remain present at exam centre before 30 minutes of
Commencement of the test.
2. The written test is conducted without scrutiny of applications and in order to shortlist for
interview. However the candidates will be declared eligible for interview if found suitable
after scrutiny of the application. The candidates called for interview shall be finally
selected based on Bio data profile and performance of the candidate in the interview.
3. Electronic gadgets including mobile phones, i-pad, calculator etc. which leads to unfair
Means are not allowed at the examination hall.
4. Entry to exam hall is strictly based upon the hall ticket which is to be downloaded
fromGTUwebsite: www.gtu.ac.inin Recruitment section after 01.06.2014.
5. Candidate must carry any valid original photo identity proof such as driving licence, PAN
cardetc. along with a photocopy of the same while appearing for the test.
6. Black or blue ball point pen is to be used for answering in OMR sheets.
You may please ensure that you are eligible according to the eligibility criteria stipulated in the
advertisement. If you are not eligible, your candidature will be cancelled at any stage.
