All short listed candidates are hereby informed to remain present 30 minutes before time of
interview at their own cost as per above schedule with call letter mailed to them. It is compulsory
to bring all original documents for verification. Only after verification the interview shall be
conducted of eligible candidates.
All the shortlisted candidates for the posts of Dy.Director are hereby informed to follow the following
instructions:
1. Every candidate for the post of Dy.Director will have to make a presentation of about 20
minutes during his/her personal interview for the said post before the selection committee.
2. The University will provide the facilities of Presentation. The Candidate will have to prepare
and bring their set of slides prepared in power point in a pen-drive.
3. The candidate may prepare the presentation on any topic of interest to the University.
4. The candidate will be making a presentation as if he/she is an officer of the University and as
if he/she is making a presentation to some stake holders of the University.
5. The candidate may choose my group of stake holders while preparing the presentation.
6. The candidate should prepare a presentation by him/her-self and it must represent his/her
own ideas.
