Gujarat Technological University organizes One Day Workshop on “Patent Search & Analysis Report Generation” For Engineering Faculties of GTU 21st September, 2013 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM VENUE: Vishvakarma Hall, L. D. College of Engineering, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM The objective of this workshop is to give Hands-on-training to faculty members of GTU affiliated Engineering Colleges on “Patent Search & Analysis Report Generation”, which is a part of Phase III of online project tracking system. Phase III is based on study of patents related to every student's IDP/UDP and its online report generation. By attending this workshop, faculty can guide their respective students in a better way about how to read and study patent; how to prepare online report and how to prepare Summary of 5 related patents. NOTE: The Colleges, which have not got any of their Faculty trained in Patent Search till now, should send their faculty members for this workshop. Final Year students in every College are required to do patent search during this semester. They are required to upload a Report based upon the analysis of the patents, in area of their work for the Final Year project, on the Project Mentoring/ Tracking site.
