Submission of soft copies IDPs/UDPs/Final Year projects of BE/DE/MCA students of the academic year 2011-12 (Last Year final
batch)
The colleges have to submit the necessary data of IDPs/UDPs/projects of all their branches in DVD by 14th August 2012
Every College has to preserve a hard copy of the IDP/UDP/Final project report with them. Each college should prepare and send data of all
departments in a DVD, (a separate folder for each branch in the DVD) which should contain:
(i) The DVD must contain a master (excel format) list of IDPs/UDPs/project report in the following format:
(ii) The DVD should also contain soft copies of report of IDPs of all students of the Branch/Department. The report of IDPs can be
in MS WORD or PDF format.
