Submission of soft copies IDPs/UDPs/Final Year projects definitions of DE students of the academic year 2012-13 (the Present final
year batch)

The colleges have to submit the necessary data of IDPs/UDPs of all their branches of Diploma in DVD by 15 Sept 2012.
The hard copy of the IDP/UDP/project report, with the signatures of the students, may be retained by the College.
Each college should prepare and send data of all departments in a DVD, (a separate folder for each branch in the DVD) which should
contain the following:
(i)
The DVD must contain a master (excel format) list of IDPs/UDPs/project definition report in the following format:
(ii)
The DVD should also contain soft copies of IDPs/UDPs / project definition report for all students of the
Branch/Department. The IDPs /UDPs (problem definitions) are required to be in WORD format.
