Instruction for student’s receiving degree in presence
1. The date & venue is as follows :

2. Dress Code :
Mandatory dress code for students receiving degree on 19th January,
2012 in presence is as follows:
For Boys
:
Kurta & Chudidar in off white colour.
For Girls
:
Kurti & Chudidar in off white colour.
3. Stole will be provided by GTU from 01:30 PM to 02:30 PM on 19th
January, 2012 onwards from GTU by depositing Rs.200/- (Refundable).
Immediately after convocation ceremony, the deposit of Rs.200/- will be
refunded on returning stole to GTU.
