Important Circular
All the Medal winners of 2nd Convocation are hereby informed to note the following:
The Dress Code for Medal Winners:Expected dress code for the Medal winners for the 2nd Convocation is:
For Boys:- Kurta & Chudidar in off white colour.
For Girls:- Kurti & Chudidar in off white colour.
It is expected from all the Medal Winners to come in proper dress code on date of
convocation and on rehearsal.
THE REHERSAL DATE :- FRIDAY, 18TH JANUARY 2013 TIME 3.00PM
Venue:-Gujarat Technological University, Chandkheda Campus, besides VGEC and IITG
campus, Sabarmati-Koba Highway, Near Visat Three Roads, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad382424.
Note : It is compulsory for everyone to attend the rehearsal,
without that medal will not be given during convocation.
