The dress code for Medal Winners:Expected dress code for the Medal winners for the 03rd Convocation is:
For Boys: - Kurta & Churidar in off white colour.
For Girls: Kurti & Churidar in off white colour.
It is expected from all the Medal Winners to come in proper dress code on date of convocation
and on rehearsal.
REHEARSAL DATE: - Wednesday, 15th Jan, 2014, 01:00 PM
Venue:- Gujarat Technological University, Chandkheda Campus, Besides VGEC and
IITG Campus, Sabarmati – Koba Highway, Near Visat Three Roads, Chandkheda,
Ahmedabad – 382424.
Note:
1. It is compulsory for everyone to attend the rehearsal, without that medal
will not be given during convocation.
2. The students will be provided free accommodation at the hostel of
University in Gandhinagar.
