The 3 rd Convocation of the University is scheduled on 16/01/2014
(Thursday) at Gujarat Technological University (GTU) Chandkheda Campus,
Nr. Visat Three Roads, In the Campus of Vishwakarma Govt. Engg. College,
Ahmedabad-382424. The list of students shortlisted to receive their degree
in person is uploaded on the University website : www.gtu.ac.in under
Convocation option. Such students are requested to download their entry
cum parking pass from the University website from 10/01/2014 to
16/01/2014, 10-00 a.m.
Gold Medal Winner List is also uploaded on the University website. Such
students must report to the University on 15/01/2014 at 1.00 p.m. for
rehearsal.
The students who can’t come in convocation due to any reason or whose
name is not displayed on the website, their degrees will be sent by speed
post / registered post by 25/01/2014.
All concerned are requested to visit the University website regularly to
update themself about activities of convocation.
Entry to the convocation venue will be given strictly on Entry Pass/
Invitation Card due to security reasons.
