CIRCULAR
To collect Degree and Diploma Certificate of 2nd and 3rd Convocation before 15thSeptember
2015.
GTU 2nd convocation and 3rd convocation were held on 19th January 2013 and 16th January 2014
correspondingly. All the student of GTU who has passed in particular year, they were invited to pay online
fees and have to feel the form and apply for their degree or diploma certificate through GTU portal. Some
of the students still neither have paid their fees nor have fill the forms for their Diploma and Degree
Certificates. GTU is displaying all those students Enrolment number inside this circular.(2012 Passout
Students List , 2013 Passout Students List) They are requested to pay their fees and fill their form and give
those both documents to GTU so that their Certificate can be dispatch from GTU. Students have to
complete above process by 15th September 2015 so their certificates can be dispatch to their address
mentioned in the Convocation form. After 15th September 2015 query related to Degree and Diploma
Certificate of these students will not be entertained.
Kindly ignore the circular if student have received Diploma and Degree Certificate and still listed in this
document.
