Circular
This is to inform to all concerned that the University has decided to organize 5thAnnual
Convocation in January, 2016. The students, who have cleared all the prescribed norms for
award of the degree/diploma in 5thConvocation, have to fill online application form. The online
application form will be available from 19-10-2015 on GTU website: www.gtu.ac.in under
Convocation option. The last date to fill the online form and submitting the same to the
University is 16-11-2015 (Monday).
The University may invite selected no. of students in this Convocation to receive their Degree inperson from those who opt for “In Person” in the application form. The selection criteria will be
strictly based on the CPI/CGPA.
The students are requested to visit the University website regularly to get latest update on the
convocation program. The University shall upload the list of the students who will be permitted
to attend the convocation and receive Degree “In Person”. The list of such students will be
uploaded on the university website 15 days before the exact date of convocation.
