If the reflections sheet is not returned, the student will complete another form during recess. Teacher will call home or email parent to inform them of the reflection sheet. Detention can be assigned by teacher. Consequences may include but are not limited to the following: Conference with student Parent contact Parent/Student conference After-school detention Loss of recess or lunchroom privileges Alternative recess Restitution or school service project Loss of bus privileges In-School intervention or suspension Out of school suspension Recommendation for expulsion
