Reportable List – Reporting Requirements (Minnesota Rules 4606.3302)
All malignancies with a behavior code of /2 or /3 as listed in the ICD-O 3rd Edition (except those specifically excluded on pg. 3), all benign and borderline brain and CNS
neoplasms, and all malignancies listed in the SEER Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Neoplasm Database. (Also refer to the Multiple Primary and Histology Coding Rules and
the Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Neoplasm Database when determining reportability.) Diagnoses include, but are not limited to the following:
Acoustic neuroma
Acute panmyelosis
Adamantinoma of long bones
Adenocarcinofibroma
Agnogenic myeloid metaplasia
