Logging Into REDCap
for Reporting Local Public Health Act Performance Measures
This guide describes how to log into the MDH REDCap application with your personal username and how to access the
project you want to use, in order to enter data on Local Public Health Act Performance Measures.
1.
Locate your MDH REDCap username and password.
2.
Visit the website: https://apps.health.state.mn.us/redcap/
3.
Enter your username and password in the designated fields.
4.
Click Log In.
5.
Click My Projects.
6.
Click the name of the project you wish to access.
Never share your MDH REDCap username and password with anyone.
Never use someone else’s MDH REDCap username and password.
