The Metamorphosis Project 2014 Learning Conference July 21‐23 Mountain Brook High School MB‐S14220 Overview of Orton‐Gillingham Multisensory Strategies Monday, July 21 1:00‐2:00 p.m. MBHS Target Audience: Teachers Grades K‐3 Elementary academic interventionists from Mountain Brook Schools will present an overview of Orton‐Gillingham strategies for multisensory instruction for reading. We will include techniques for reinforcing phonics, as well as strategies for teaching sight words. Participants will have a chance to practice these techniques during the workshop.
