DISCUSSIONS AND DECISIONS.
The purpose of the meeting was to review the revisions made to site plan and floor plan options as
discussed at work session #3:
1. General comments and decisions:
a. Two site plan options for Options 1 and 2 were presented. One with two entrances off of River
Road and the second showing only the existing entrance. This will allow flexibility movinf forward
with the design process.
b. Options were prioritized by the work session attendees. Option 2 is the preferred option, followed
by Option 1 and Option 5. Options will be re-numbered moving forward with future presentations
and the Feasibility Study report.
c.
Two additional meetings will be added to the Feasibility Study Process. These meetings will
evaluate a new site off of Brickyard Road as the new location for the Modernized Potoamc
Elementary School.
2. Option 1:
a. Classroom bar was shifted to the southwest create a “T” configuration to address previous
concerns of distance and hall congestion.
3. Option 2:

a. Minor changes to classroom arrangement around courtyard were discussed.
4. Option 5: - No new comments.
