DISCUSSIONS AND DECISIONS.
The purpose of the meeting was kick-off the Feasibility Study process. The following items were
discussed:
1. Jim Tokar opened the meeting, and discussed the overall goals of the feasibility study process.
2. The meeting started with a series of brainstorming questions, in an effort to understand the concerns
and important issues of the attendees. The responses to those brainstorming exercises were then
prioritized by the attendees. The results are in the attached photos.
3. Julie Morris discussed the program requirements for the modernized building.
4. The attendees were then divided into groups to design floor plan and site plans for the building. The
results of those designs were then presented back to the attendees. The results are in the attached
photos.
