3. Send letter/email to new member of staff detailing induction start date and time and induction
programme

appointment between 09:00-09:45

 Take to new office and provide key; discuss any office requirements
 Provide details of work address and work telephone
 Explain housekeeping arrangements and building opening hours
 Provide MPS staff handbook with useful information
 Introduce to School Office location and staff
 Take to Shawcross Building to collect IT login
 Take to Hastings Building to collect staff ID
 Copying and printing and computing

 Health and Safety Induction
 Tour of Pevensey 2 and Pevensey 3 (focusing on communal areas,
fire exits, pigeonholes, seminar rooms, lavatories, access points and
visits to labs to be decided as appropriate)
