MPS Equality & Diversity champions
Two new Equality & Diversity champions have been
announced for MPS – Dr Steve Churchwell (Technical
Supervisor) and Dr Alessia Pasquazi (Senior Lecturer
and Marie Curie Research Fellow).
Their role is to be the first point of contact for any MPS
staff who have a grievance, for an informal chat and/or
advice, to ensure that staff are clear on institutional
policies and to intervene as early as possible in any
cases.
A new system of postgraduate
loans for Masters degrees in the
UK will be introduced this year
for those applying to study in
2016-17
They will be taking up their roles officially from 1 August
2016.
