Maternity Care: Cesarean Section Rate Specifications 2016 Report Year 07/01/2015 to 06/30/2016 Dates of Delivery Summary of Changes The measure name was changed from Maternity Care: Primary C-Section Rate to Maternity Care: Cesarean Section Rate Exclusions for multiple gestation, non-vertex position and stillbirth were removed. These deliveries are not included in the eligible population definition. Removed coding tables and replaced all coding table references with value set references.
