Payer Report Guide (review MDH HCH Certified Providers)
Review the MDH HCH certified clinicians for your organization through the HCH Portal. Access this feature
by logging in and navigating to ‘Certification Options → Post Certification Options → Payer Report’ as
shown below:
On the next screen, click ‘View Payer Reports’ in the ‘Action’ column to display the list of clinicians.
If desired, the list of certified clinicians may be organized into a ‘PDF Format’ or ‘Export[ed] to
Excel’.
