Electronic System for the Health Assessment of Refugees

ew, web-based application designed by the Refugee Health Program for collecting
refugee health screening results and conducting disease surveillance activities.
SHARE allows users to:
* Electronically view notifications of new
refugee arrivals.
* Directly submit domestic health screening
results – moving to a paperless reporting
system.
* Access demographic and health summary
reports by county or the state as a whole.
* Work with a unique, user-friendly electronic
surveillance tool.
* Enhance capacity in Minnesota for conducting
timely disease surveillance.

echnical and training support for eSHARE is
provided by the MDH Refugee Health Program.
A Safe and Secure System
* Registered username and
password required to enter
system.
* User levels limit access to
patient information based
on agency and service area
(i.e. medical clinic, LPH, or
MDH).
* Available through internet
access with any java script
enabled browser (e.g.,
Internet Explorer or
Firefox).
