On behalf of the aculty Council, President Strand welcomed the

not come up for vote of the Facu'L ty Council until the next meeting, members woul have opportunity to discuss it with their

school aculty groups.
It was stipulated
that the
proposal should be printed in the Faculty Bulletin.
