Organizational Chart
This is the org chart for the Well Management Section in the Environmental Health Division of
the Minnesota Department of Health.
Manager’s Office
Chris Elvrum is the Environmental Health Manager with three program staff and five unit
supervisors directly reporting to him. The three program direct reports are:

Central Office Operations Unit
The first unit is the Central Office Operations Unit in the St. Paul Office supervised by Edward
Schneider, Hydrologist Supervisor. Five staff are direct reports:

Metro Region Unit
The second unit is the Metro Region Unit supervised by acting supervisor Peter Zimmerman,
Hydrologist Supervisor in the Rochester District Office. Three staff report directly to Peter from
the St. Paul Office and two from the St. Cloud District Office:
